Pet Portraits
In addition to commissions of varying subjects, I have a special love for creating pet portraits.
My four-legged children are a constant source of amusement and inspiration and can often be found unwittingly posing for a painting. What better way to immortalize our beloved pets than to display their personality with an explosion of color on canvas?
I find that many people who love their pets as much I do are grateful to have their personality and image captured on canvas. Whether from life and/or photos, I work with the client to achieve the desired results through several steps, beginning with a preliminary sketch and concluding with a portrait on canvas.
We will discuss the canvas size and pricing during the creative process and what is needed to best enhance the composition.
