                I have been away from blogging for some time but I have been busy painting dogs...just mostly commissions. I have also been busy teaching several Adult Art Classes in Houston, Sugar Land and Katy, Texas. I have missed daily painting the small paintings but I hope to begin a new project very soon and will give out details in a future post.

Now, about this painting...

Bruiser, my first born, was a special little guy with a very big heart. I have painted him (see above) to stand as an example of the breed. They are fearless, brilliant, lovable and yet a "terrier" (if you've been owned by a terrier you know what I mean!).

This painting is hanging in my studio and it reminds me of him every day. I miss him and yet his memory is still alive...
